How long does delivery take?
Orders within Pakistan are usually delivered within 4–5 working days. If you need your order sooner, express delivery within 3–4 working days may be available. Please contact us through Instagram DM or WhatsApp for express orders.

What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds, and sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you need a size exchange, we will arrange the replacement size once the original piece is received and meets our return conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The defective piece must be sent back to us, and once we receive and verify it, we will send you a replacement piece.
Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Where is your store located? Can I visit in person?
We’re based in Lahore and currently operate as an online-only brand. At the moment, we do not have a physical store open for visits.
